Does it support remote access? Is there a monthly rent?
This model is currently not supported. But we have released the latest cloud time clock, you can search for NGTeco TC1. There is no monthly fee, it can be used out of the box.
Where is the difference between the W2 and the old one?

Can you clock in an out without being connected to the internet?
You can use the device without the internet to clock in and out. It also supports 2.4G WiFi for data synchronization between the machine and apps.
Whether to support night shift?that clocks in about 11pm and works until 7 am?
Our time clock is compatible for night shift you just need to change the day cut off time and download the report.
In the event of a power outage, will all the data be stored safely when power is reinstated?
Yes the device will store all the data and you no need to worry in the event of a power outage, the data can only be deleted manually by an admin.
